Veteran Nigerian actor and voice artiste Eyiyemi Olivia Rogbinyin has been announced as the official host of the inaugural edition of the QEDNG Creative Powerhouse Summit, a landmark event scheduled for August 12, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos.
The announcement was made on Thursday by the event organisers, Mighty Media Plus Network Limited, publishers of the popular digital news platform QEDNG.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Eyiyemi Olivia is revered as a versatile performer whose work has graced the stage, screen, and airwaves. She is especially known for her memorable roles as Iya Onidiri in *Itura* (M-Net Africa Magic) and Hajia Malaika Doherty in *Dust*.
But beyond acting, she is widely respected for her dedication to professionalism and her advocacy for respect and fairness in the film and media industry, especially in how cast and crew are treated.
In her long and distinguished career, she has worked with some of the most respected names in Nigerian creative circles, including Bunmi Davies, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Daniel Oriahi, Ego Boyo, Dipo Abdul, Biodun Stephen, James Omokwe, Steve Gukas, Wande Thomas, Omoni Oboli, and Wumi Fosudo.
