The organisers of Miss Universe Nigeria 2025 have unveiled the 22 finalists who will battle for this year’s crown, setting the stage for one of the country’s most glamorous competitions.
The contestants, drawn from states across the federation, were presented through the pageant’s official website and social media platforms.
Each finalist embodies not just elegance, but also a commitment to driving social change, as the competition places emphasis on advocacy for education, youth empowerment, healthcare, and gender equality.
The eventual winner will step into the shoes of the reigning queen, Chidimma Adetshina, whose reign brought Nigeria to global attention after she emerged first runner-up at the Miss Universe 2024 contest.
The new queen will fly Nigeria’s flag at the upcoming Miss Universe competition later this year.

Organisers noted that the grand show is expected to attract celebrities, fashion icons, and corporate leaders. Meanwhile, public voting has commenced on the Miss Universe Nigeria website, allowing fans to support their favourite contestants in the buildup to the finale.
With preparations already in motion, the countdown to crowning Nigeria’s next beauty queen has officially begun, promising a blend of glamour, advocacy, and national pride.
