Nigerian TikTok personality Peller, and his wife Jarvis, have received a promise of a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding gift from real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho.
The gift was announced on Saturday during the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos, where Ochacho, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes, presented the gesture as part of his support for the newlywed couple.
Addressing guests at the ceremony, the businessman said the property was a gift from his family to celebrate Peller and Jarvis’ union.
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” Ochacho said.
The announcement was met with cheers from guests, with videos showing the moment circulating widely across social media platforms as the couple embraced and expressed appreciation for the gesture.

Peller, who rose to prominence through TikTok with his comedy skits, livestreams and energetic online personality, has become one of Nigeria’s most recognizable digital creators, particularly among younger audiences.
His wife, Jarvis, whose real name is Elizabeth Amadou, is also a popular content creator known for her artificial intelligence-inspired character performances and social media content.
The wedding ceremony attracted several entertainers, influencers and public figures, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, content creator Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, comedian Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux and his wife Priscilla Ojo.
The mansion pledge follows an earlier public commitment by Ochacho to support Peller’s marriage plans. The businessman had made the promise months earlier during the wedding ceremony of music executive Soso Soberekon. “I am going to send you six zeros, millions,” he said at the time before collecting Peller’s phone number.
The ₦400 million mansion pledge adds to the growing trend of high-value celebrity wedding gifts in Nigeria, where prominent individuals and business figures often make public contributions to celebrate major milestones among entertainers and influencers.
For Peller and Jarvis, the gesture marks another major moment in a relationship that has attracted significant attention from Nigeria’s growing creator economy, where digital personalities continue to gain influence beyond social media platforms.
