Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the southern city of Odesa to discuss regional security and deepen cooperation between Ukraine and NATO member states, the presidential press service reported.
The discussions explored multiple collaboration formats, including those under the Ramstein framework, with a key focus on enhancing Ukraine’s ties with the United States and broader NATO efforts in negotiations involving Russia.
Zelensky accused Russia of disregarding a full ceasefire proposal put forward by the U.S., continuing its missile and drone strikes across Ukrainian territories.
