Plymouth Argyle have signed Tottenham midfielder Alfie Devine on loan for the remainder of the season.

Sky sports reports that ,Devine joins his Spurs and England youth team-mate Ashley Phillips at the Championship club, who are now managed by former England age-group head coach Ian Foster.
The 19-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan in League One with Port Vale.
