Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has received widespread praise from fans worldwide for his directorial debut with the official music video for his hit song ‘Kese’ (Dance).
The Grammy-winning artist took on the role of director for the track, which is featured on his sixth studio album, *Morayo*.
Produced by JM Film Production, the ‘Kese’ video has quickly become a sensation, amassing over 900,000 views within just 48 hours of its release.
The visually striking video unfolds in three distinct scenes: the opening takes place on a dimly lit theatre stage, where dancers perform intricate choreography; the mood shifts to a vibrant house party where Wizkid grooves with the crowd; and the final scene showcases the artist posing in an art gallery alongside elegantly dressed black models, celebrating beauty and cultural pride.

Wizkid’s latest accomplishment has caused a stir among his fans, with the *‘Kese’* video trending as the number one topic on social media.
Many have commended the artist for his creativity and bold move into directing, with fans highlighting his evolution beyond just music.
One fan, @Cypher, praised the artist, writing: “Best director in the world.” Another fan, @celebrity.of.Lagos, called him “Best in winning polls and breaking records,” while @Rphorihinals noted, “As musicians, always think outside the box.
